Shane is a true professional who really won my respect. He has a friendly, relaxed way of handling people, so although Stratton was a strange suburb to me, I felt at home. The house met all my expectations and I decided to purchase it. Shane was unfailingly available to guide me through the buying process, with patience and good humour, right up to handing over the keys. I fully understand why he has so many great reviews, thanks Shane
