We were lucky enough to have Shane sell our house. We had already decided we wanted him after reading his reviews and he lived up to his expectations. He was fantastic to work with, efficient, knowledgeable, punctual and reliable. We felt he was extremely proactive and always communicated with us regularly. Shane is extremely good at what he does and made a stressful proceedure seamless.
