The moment I met Shane I felt comfortable with him and felt I could rely no him for a successful and trouble free experience, not only in purchasing my new property but also in selling my apartment to enable this to happen. Shane's knowledge of the market was exemplary. Obviously so, as my apartment sold within the week, achieving a result beyond my (and many friends and associates) expectations. His appearance and manner were always at the highest level of professionalism. He demonstrated genuine awareness of any problems or concerns I may have had during this time and was always there with guidance and assistance to relieve any stress I may have felt. Selling and buying a house can be very traumatic and stressful, but Shane made this whole experience a happy and exciting adventure for me. I would recommend his services without hesitation.
