Shane was brilliant to deal with. He was in regular communication with us all the way through the process of our offer, obtaining finance and settlement. The period of obtaining finance from the bank was long and difficult and Shane had great knowledge of this process, what to expect and how to possibly help the process along. He was very patient and understanding ; liaising with our bank and regularly communicating with and reassuring us and the seller throughout the delays. Shane continued to check in to see how we were settling In to our new place and considered and responded to even small details that impacted us well after the money had settled. Shane was very professional and also very warm; his responsiveness made us feel we were valued throughout the process. We enjoyed Shane’s approach as he seemed genuine without any sales pitches or jargon. Shane was a pleasure to deal with and just a nice bloke! Highly recommended
