Great communication and fast acting

Shane has secured the sale but the conduct, communication and follow through on what was agreed was more than disappointing. In short, Shane dishonored the agreements for sale of two properties and sold only one which was an easy sale and then reneged on the sale of the second property as agreed. Very poor communication resulting in financial loss to us with the second agreement. Would not recommend or use his services again

Was great to start with, but we believe lapsed off after a couple of open homes, but needed to be more involved in sale. And then everything came to a head finally after a long while and we finally sold.
