I observed Shane goes out of the box to keep both parties happy. When my offer was accepted by the vendor, Shane didn't hesistate to call me after 9PM to congratulate. I liked the fact that he was working late to close the deal. Also, he has been always approachable and accepted my requests from time to time. Shane is amazing and trustworthy.
