We were first home buyers, and we met Shannon at a couple of units that we were taking a look at around the Campbelltown area. She was informative, funny, helpful, and happy-go-lucky. We didn't want to deal with some hotshot old person, so we were happy to deal with her once we found a property perfect for us. She was very informative during the under-contract process. She knew we were very nervous so she explained everything as simple and straight forward as possible. She was ALWAYS available to answer questions and quite easy to get hold of over the phone. We never had any issues, she was very good to us. If ever we buy again, we will be sure to give her a call to help us out.

Shannon was real proactive, responsive and responsible every step of the way. At the end of every inspection she would call me straight away to give me an update. Would surely recommend her to any who wishes to sell.
