We were first home buyers, and we met Shannon at a couple of units that we were taking a look at around the Campbelltown area. She was informative, funny, helpful, and happy-go-lucky. We didn't want to deal with some hotshot old person, so we were happy to deal with her once we found a property perfect for us. She was very informative during the under-contract process. She knew we were very nervous so she explained everything as simple and straight forward as possible. She was ALWAYS available to answer questions and quite easy to get hold of over the phone. My husband and I purchased our second home from Shannon in February 2016 and the experience was a dream from the moment we phoned Shannon to arrange an inspection to the final day of our cooling off period. We had some issues with the bank meaning we had to ask the vendors for an extension on the cooling off period which Shannon took into her hands and arranged for us almost immediately. We also purchased some furniture from the vendors and Shannon facilitated this as well which usually would not be the job of a real estate agent. Since we were so happy with Shannon's service and knowledge, we asked for her to arrange an agent from the rentals department to contact us about putting our current house on the rental market which Shannon was more than happy to do and this resulted in us meeting with an agent and signing a contract then and there for them to handle our rental property.
