After some disappointing experiences with other real estate agents, working with Shant (and all the Marriott Lane team) was a refreshing and excellent experience. From the outset, I felt I could trust Shant. He consistently demonstrated honesty and integrity, which made the process much less stressful. His communication was outstanding — always timely, accurate, and transparent. I felt fully confident to trust his advice, which was spot on. Shant and the team were proactive and fully engaged in the sales process. I genuinely felt that my property was their priority, and they invested their time and energy accordingly. A slightly nervous seller, Shant put me at ease and we worked well together on items that had to be done. The stylists that he suggested were also terrific, good value and made a real difference. And of course, the bottom line, Shant delivered an excellent result. The property sold just prior to auction for a price that slightly exceeded both my expectations and the realistic guide price.
