Mr Komchian kept us informed at every step of the process. He was polite and professional. Mr Komchian also made the effort to ensure that there was plenty of opportunity for potential buyers to view the property despite having to deal with a holiday weekend in the middle of the campaign. His approach to this was to make the effort to schedule extra viewing days during the week.
