If we actually wrote what we want to about our selling experience with Shanti and Ben, you’d think we were either related to them or they were paying us, but we’re not and they haven’t. Shanti and Ben put the “real” back into real estate With Shanti and Ben, it felt like we were liaising with old mates, they took all the stress out of the entire process and they organised everything and executed the marketing and negotiations like champions. Property transactions can be a very daunting process, especially when we were selling in a softer market, or worse still, when wed only bought less than six months prior, in what was a boom market. We thought we’d be out of pocket big time, thinking we’d overpaid and we’d lose out on over $50,000 in stamp duty and other costs on top, figuring we’d easily lose $80,000 to $100,000. Yet Shanti seemed to take it all in her stride and her calm confidence was reassuring. Shanti turned us a $125,000 profit in less then five months, paying for all our expenses and even giving us a healthy profit. We were sold in less than 2 weeks, leaving us gobsmacked with the results! Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date about every aspect, from marketing, inspections, feedback, offers and sensible recommendations, with updates on anything and everything up to settlement.
