Shanti was very patient and obliging with us as we were new to the market. She was engaging and easy to talk to, down to earth, friendly and natural. Shanti gave the facts accurately and openly, and was ethical in her dealings. She went out of her way to help us with a 'private' showing on a Saturday morning, and held off other interested parties. Shanti also set up a meeting with the vendors which was helpful. Shanti was a bit slow returning messages at times and needed 'chasing' hence 8/10 rating. Negotiation 8/10 rating given as we did not haggle over price and no tough decisions needed.
