Over the years, I have met with many property agents (as a buyer), and I can tell you it is very refreshing to deal with someone like Sharni! From the moment we first visited the property (our new family home), through negotiating a price, organising inspections and finally settling, Sharni was nothing short of amazing. In the negotiations, Sharni was honest, perfectly reasonable, understanding, friendly and at no point did she try and put on the "hard sell". She was great to communicate with, fast, and honest in her responses, and we came to an agreed price that all parties were happy to move forward with. After we locked everything in, Sharni certainly did not go "radio silence" the second the contracts were signed - she continued to be looking for ways she could help ensure things were smooth, and was there every step of the way and made sure we were always up to date with any information we needed. As an example of Sharni's help post contract signing, we were interested in renovations post receiving the keys, and Sharni was only happy to offer her help to organise with the vendors for visits to the property as and when we might need them so the renovation side could be sped up. Sharni was also in contact in general through the settlement period just to make sure things were going well, and that everything was taken care of, or if we needed anything at all. Finally, on the day of settlement, we did our final walk through with Sharni and she was in communication throughout the day to make sure all parties were up to date as things were finalised. She even offered to travel quite some distance to drop off the keys! All in all, Sharni is a wonderful agent, in fact I would say she is the very best I have ever dealt with. Absolutely fantastic, could not recommend her highly enough!
