The decision to assign the sale of my house to Sharolyn was a given. Sharolyn sold the house to me 5 years previous and knew the property well. Sharolyn went above and beyond in the preparation of selling my property investing time and effort into staging the property correctly with flow and coordination. Once I was convinced to 'meet' the market, potential buyers came forward and within the space of one more open house, the property was sold signed off the next day.
