I’ve known Sharon for an extended period of time, about 5 years, and first met her when she was selling another unit in the block where I lived. I had just finished renovating my place at the time, and was keen to find out the impact of such a process on the market value. Sharon was very prompt and professional in her dealings with me and we maintained contact via email, over the years, with Sharon providing regular updates on current market trends. The decision to sell was not an easy one for me. In addition to that, the building was under repairs to its exterior façade – a bit of a challenge, even in the current hyped up market. But Sharon certainly rose to the occasion. She was very timely in all aspects of the sale – from preparation of contract, to information on third party suppliers, such as stylists, to developing knowledge on the structural repairs impacting the building. I can honestly say that Sharon is a rare gem amongst her contemporaries. She is genuinely passionate about what she does and this is reflected in her in depth knowledge of the area, realistic market figures and supreme negotiating skills. She is also an excellent time manager and organiser. Results are testimony to this. My unit was on the market for 1 day only and sold for a value above the median price for a 1 bedroom unit in the area. As such, I would not hesitate in engaging Sharon’s professional assistance in future, should I return to the lower north shore.
