The good: Sharon was able to secure two very reliable and responsible tenants for our house while we were overseas for 12 months. The bad: During rental period,we found communication with Sharon's team often frustrating with emails being left unanswered or queries responded to with considerable delay. Even during negotiations regarding the sale of our house, communication was not as prompt and open as we would have wished. The ugly: no,nothing in that category!
