Sharon was very friendly and helpful, for us being first home owners/buyers this was a daunting process. She had no hesitation in answering any questions we had no matter how silly they were. She worked well with the owner to extend our contract as we were severely held up with finance due to the high influx with the grants which she seemed to do with ease.
