From my first meeting with Sharon I found her to be open and transparent. She has excellent listening skills allowing her to communicate with ease. As the auction process is stressful, Sharon was able to guide me with calm confidence, answering all my questions with expert knowledge. She was always available and responded quickly every time I made contact. She kept me fully informed through the whole process with regular updates.

My experience selling with Noel Susay and Sharon Quick through Buxton Hampton East in 2025 was very disappointing. The process lacked transparency, with an inaccurate appraisal, missed offers, a failure to disclose a potential conflict of interest, and one unattended open-for-inspection. This review reflects my personal experience only. I do not recommend this agency based on that experience and have lodged official complaints with Consumer Affairs Victoria and VCAT.
