Although being promised the full attention of the Agency Director with the additional assistance of Sharon Quick, We only got Sharon. However, That was a blessing. She was early for the "Open For Inspections" and she managed multiple groups through at each "Open" and despite our intention if doing a 4 week campaign to an Auction date of December 14th, Sharon managed to extract offers at the first "Open". We ended up selling about $30k above our expected 2 weeks into the campaign. Sharon's expertise and experience certainly was worth her extra commission.
