Sharon was able to get a very good outcome for us in a difficult market. It needed a couple of shifts in strategy and tactics as it became obvious that the original plan might not deliver the desired outcome. But in the final few days there was enough` competitive tension and with her responding to the different demands of different buyers we got the outcome we were looking for.
