When selecting an agent or agency or look for the quality of research within the specific area, and the level of empathy the agent has with my brief. Sharron represented McGrath well on both fronts and then lived up to her promises during the sales process. When the market lowered both her and my expectations on the sale price her communication was early and honest. The final outcome was an acceptable one to me, and although I rated her only 3 stars on negotiating skills I did not see any of her interaction with the potential buyers so that is probably a harsh mark. I am a satisfied client !!!
