Throughout his career, Shaun has held many General Manager and Senior Management roles,
developing exceptional client service and executive sales management experience.
Planning is a core capability, as is negotiating, managing unforeseen issues, budgeting, sales forecasting and maintaining full accountability.
Shaun has developed deep real estate knowledge over 20 years, including buying and renovating
over 14 houses with his wife during this time. Having held no fewer than five General Manager positions, Shaun gained valuable exposure to new and lateral ways of thinking across a range of diverse industries.
His ability to work alongside clients in real estate enables Shaun to develop rewarding, meaningful and productive relationships. In the property world, Shaun applies attention to detail and responds

Family is Shauns greatest personal achievement. He loves Batemans Bay, lapping up the rewarding
