The sale of our Mangrove Mountain property had a few challenges, starting with this year's bushfires that hit Mangrove Mountain just as our property went to market. Signs stating that the roads were closed to everyone other than residents, didn't help open house numbers. This was followed by flooding and storms that brought down trees and damaged fence lines.
