I can't speak highly enough of the service we received from Shaun. We chose to list our property with Shaun because of his extensive knowledge of properties in our area and his track record of selling properties over a long period of time. Shaun looked after more than just the sale of our house and was a huge help when we had already moved away. He even went so far as to put out our garbage, buy insect spray to deter mosquitos prior to open house, organise lawns/gardens and pool to be cleaned. He personally took a blower to blow the Verandah around our house before each open house. He really made sure our open house would have the best possible success knowing that we couldn't be there to prepare beforehand for each inspection. He included some additional marketing costs to increase our properties exposure to the market. Shaun managed to sell our property during a very difficult period where there were fires, floods and a Christmas break.

This property was part of a deceased estate and subsequently Shaun was thrown in the middle and asked to balance a lot of different personalities, emotions and vested interests. This he did, right through the process, including things that were not his responsibility, such as the clearance sale of the farm and so on. He was able to perform this balancing act and still move the parties towards a successful conclusion. I feel that all parties, to this day, will be singing his praises.

Shaun and the entire team were and have been a pleasure to deal with in searching for a home.
