- Shaun has empathy and good listening skills which one must have to be an excellent communicator and negotiator. The residents showed faith in him.....especially the elderly person renting the unit I purchased. She appeared to become a bit calmer when she saw him. Shaun sold our home in record time. We found Shaun to be very honest from the beginning. He did not give us false hope and was very realistic.
