This is the third time we have used Shaun to manage our sale, we trusted his years of local knowledge and experience. Shaun suggested an Auction for the sale of this home. My stomach turned as Auctions scared me, I never liked them, they seemed totally out of control. After a discussion with Shaun, It turned out we were never educated in how Auctions work. Once Shaun slowly explained the meaning and process of An Auction we immediately felt the confidence to trust his professional judgement to get the best results for us and the family purchasing our home. We sold our home last Sunday with brilliant results, and the most exciting part was to also see the excitement in the new owners. I will definitely ask Shaun to again manage our future home sales.
