We were looking for a new house for a few weeks. Shaun found us our perfect place. We found Shaun to be a very professional, honest and a no B S guy. When we finally got our keys Shaun presented us with a lovely bottle of champagne & card, very nice touch. Not many of these guys around, highly recommend Shaun.
Having bought and sold many many times over the years, this is the worst purchase transaction ever. Agent was non responsive and uncooperative throughout the whole dealings. Difficult to arrange a viewing of the home before making an offer. Pressure to sign off at pre/settlement Even after knowing full well the special conditions hadn’t been met. Tried to tell me the ceiling was fixed even though the massive hole and crack was still there. Obviously hoping I was too “blond” to notice it. Tried to relay messages to the seller for items of interest to purchase with no assistance what so ever. When property settled not even a call from the agent to offer congratulations on the settlement but happy to take his commission and run.
Shaun sold our house when the property market is at an all time low, he communicates regularly and has many contacts within the real estate community which gives you the best chance to sell your home
10 out of 10 Had our house up for sale with other agents 2 years ago. After just a few home opens our house was sold with Shaun, he certainly knows his stuff. If we were selling again wouldn't even think of anyone else.

Although the price we got was lower than we were expecting, Shaun had already explained the current market was not likely to get what we were hoping and he fought to get us the best deal possible.
