My sister and I engaged Shaun to sell our parent’s house in Cooloongup in January 2020. Shaun was able to make suggestions for the presentation of their property, as it was vacant and recommend a professional cleaner, who did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. After only 3 home opens and many private viewings, of which Shaun attended to promptly, we were able to secure a subject sale. All paperwork was easily done, through emails and Docusign system, as both myself and my sister did not live close by. Shaun was prompt in answering our heaps of questions and replying to us, either via email, sms or old fashioned ‘phone calls’. Then, only a few days later, we were offered a CASH Offer and the 48hr clause was envoked on the subject sale. He suggested a few settlement agents and we employed C&R Settlements to handle the settlement. All went smoothly, and from the date of signing the Selling Agency Agreement with Shaun, to settlement, everything was achieved in under 10 weeks.
