Boasting ten years’ experience in real estate marketing, sales, design and photography, Shaun Mayze has contributed greatly to the accolades of many of Perth’s award-winning real estate agencies.
In 2001, Shaun’s mother Tracey made the leap from chemist dispensary to real estate sales, and from that time on, Shaun’s life has revolved around the real estate industry in some way. At the time, Shaun may have underestimated the impact his mother’s career change would have on his own, working alongside her at a well-known franchise in Perth’s southern suburbs, before eventually obtaining his sales registration in 2007.
After a brief stint working in the local mining industry, Shaun obtained a Diploma in Contract Management whilst dabbling in real estate photography. Shaun then found himself working in marketing for a well-known Fremantle agency, spending many hours fulfilling the team’s property marketing needs and assisting them with the development of sound selling strategies. Ultimately Shaun was drawn back to real estate sales himself, and in 2022 he was welcomed as a Sales Partner at Fremantle’s newest independent agency, C&CO Real Estate.
Under the guidance of Director and Licensee Lauri Curtain, Shaun has developed his passion for property, and with a keen eye for data and an appetite for technology, garnered great insight into property market trends. Armed with extensive knowledge gleaned from the many industry stalwarts who have mentored Shaun throughout his decade-long career, Shaun’s clients can expect the most thorough sales approach that they will find anywhere.
