It is difficult to form a trust relationship with any agent as they are always looking for the best price for the vendor. Early on in the relationship I was very sceptical of what any agent said to me. After a time however I felt more confident that Shaun was playing it straight and was very pleased that he was continually ringing to tell me about houses and changes in the market. Over the last 6 months or so I have felt comfortable within the relationship and felt we could talk quite openly regarding pricing and other complications. I have enjoyed working with Shaun and Amanda and on purchase felt a genuine collective bond.
