It is difficult to form a trust relationship with any agent as they are always looking for the best price for the vendor. Early on in the relationship I was very sceptical of what any agent said to me. After a time however I felt more confident that Shaun was playing it straight and was very pleased that he was continually ringing to tell me about houses and changes in the market.
