I would highly recommend working with Shaun. He is easy to communicate with, kept us up to date, never showed any signs of doubt, and made sure to get the best price possible for us in a hard market. He is transparent, relatable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Thanks Shaun!!
Shaun. Thanks to both Claudine and yourself for dealing with the sale of my deceased fathers property. At a highly emotive time the team and yourself were conscious of our needs and requirements. Bumping up against the current market challenges around increasing interest rates only just added to the complexity but Shaun and team negotiated these for us. The "can do" attitude was reflective in getting the property sold within a relaatively short time period. Highly recommened. Kind Regardas
Shaun and his PA, Claudine, worked tirelessly for the entire campaign and both went out of their way to accommodate all perspective buyers and didn't leave one stone unturned for the complete campaign, to achieve an excellent result. We would highly recommend Shaun and Claudine to anybody wishing to sell their property.
Shaun has an extensive knowledge of his area . Shaun has knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate and easily establishes good relationships with vendor and buyer .
Dear Shaun, Thank you so much for your help with the purchase of my apartment. You made the process easy and appreciate your patience and expertise. I would definitely recommend you to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. Samantha
I have the highest regard for Shaun. He was always my first choice if selling or buying from many years of knowing him now. He not only has the expertise and knowledge well beyond his years, he is personable, understanding and you know he is genuine. His character and charm are just an added bonus to dealing with the best real estate in sans souci. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaun to anybody thinking to buy or sell. Top guy
My wife and I are extremely impressed with Shaun. His professionalism and never loose attitude is simply unbeatable when looking for a realestate agent to sell your home. Our home was previously on the market with another agency and did not sell. Not only did Shaun run down every lead to find our perfect buyer, he was rentless in his pursuit to achieve the price we needed to sell. I will never sell with another agent and he will always have our business . G & M
Our experience with Shaun finding our home was wonderful. Shaun communicated clearly and warmly through the process right through to connecting us with the neighbourhood!
Shaun worked hard to get the best outcome for us. Very impressive sales system, great communication and excellent knowledge of the area.
Shaun is the most dedicated, persistent and hard working agent we could have asked for! He always has a positive attitude and is willing to go above and beyond when needed! We were very impressed with our experience with Shaun and would highly recommend him to others who are looking for an agent!
Shaun’s local market knowledge is second to none. He kept me well informed during the campaign and negotiated a result above market value.
Shaun did a great job and sold my investment property in 2 weeks. Despite tough market conditions, he gave me the appropriate advice to sell my property in a timely manner. Thanks to Shaun and his team. Highly recommended
