I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shaun as an agent to sell another property. He had great communication and was very responsive in keeping us informed and updated. Particularly good for us as first time sellers who were learning the process on the other side.
Harry and I want to thank you for being so professional, sincere and honest during the sale of our house. Always available for our thousands of concerns and questions. Thank you sincerely and wishing you all the best in future sales.
Shaun Ramani from Stone real estate is very professional and I would highly recommend him. Shaun sold my property at Sans Souci and he provided a lot of good advice along the journey. He was also honest with his valuation of the property which has helped me set a more realistic sale price according to the property market. Shaun has done an amazing job in helping us with purchasing our new home even though it wasn’t through Stone real estate. This is the kind of person he is, he cares for his clients and goes above and beyond to provide a great service. It’s been a pleasure working with him.
Shaun demonstrated professionalism from start to finish of the sales campaign. He was extremely efficient in organising contractors to prepare the house for sale. a great price was negotiated on auction day.
Shaun was a fantastic agent in all regards. Him and his assistant were always responsive, attentive, and I never had any doubt that his team were driven to deliver the best result possible. He was trustworthy and able to ease any concerns or right any issues. Thank you!!
When it came time to sell our townhouse we were quite nervous. Shaun and his team made the whole process seamless from beginning to end. We are so happy with the result and truly believe Shaun did everything he absolutely could to get us the best price. We would recommend Shaun for anyone looking to sell in the area!
Shaun is excellent at what he does and made my purchase process a lot less daunting than I initially anticipated. Clearly knows the market well, was quick to address any and all of my queries and helped me secure my property at a competitive price.
Shaun and his team is very responsive, pleasant and professional. He is efficient in helping to buyers with great help. We’ll recommend him to my friends and relatives for any buying and selling. Best wishes Sahun and TEAM!
Shaun has made the process of selling our house hassle free. Shaun was there for us from start to finish, answering every phone call and making sure we were never inconvenienced throughout the whole campaign. He was transparent, honest & very reliable. I highly recommend Shaun and the Stone team and we couldn’t be more happier to have had him sell our house. An absolute 10/10 service.
I’m so happy with the service Shaun provided me. He did everything in his power to help out every step of the way and was so nice about it, he is very down to earth and honest. The best real estate agent iv come across. It’s no surprise everyone highly rates him. Thanks Shaun :)
Overall we had a very positive experience! Shaun was a very motivated young man who we felt worked for the best outcome for myself and my sister. We were also very thankful for the work of his amazing EA - she did a great job of styling the property. The weekly updates after every inspection were very useful at keeping us informed. Also, the fact that Shaun always had time for us and our questions gave us confidence. Thanks again for a solid outcome.
It was nice to deal with Shaun who showed local knowledge of the area and was genuine. Shaun was very professional and was not the pushy type. Overall a great experience working along Shaun for my first home buying! Would recommend anyone in seeking Shaun’s services in the real estate business.
