Shaun is an honest and straight shooter, which is hard to find among agents. It was a pleasure buying our first home with Shaun, who has made the process a smooth one. He can be commended for his excellent communication, reliability and professionalism. Thank you!
Shaun’s love of his job shows in his enthusiasm and professionalism. He remained motivated throughout our campaign . The excellent result we achieved was a testament to his hard work.
Shaun and his team at Stone Real Estate Sans Souci relieved the stress of selling property from us and took carriage of the process with confidence and expertise. We got a good result at auction and we were given hints as to how to make the property attractive and buyer friendly. Thanks guys. Reece & Sue
Shaun would have to be one of the most hardworking real estate agents I have come across. He is an excellent communicator with a strong knowledge of local real estate. After discussion with Shaun regarding recent off-market sales results within our complex (by other agents), I knew that what I needed was a highly motivated, results-driven agent with a strong track record to take my property to auction to achieve the result I wanted. Shaun, with the assistance of Yohan, ran an effective marketing campaign and I was very happy with the auction result. I highly recommend Shaun and Yohan, and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
From the moment you meet this young, dynamic man, you are immediately struck by his professionalism, enthusiasm and high energy. He is a sincere and genuine man with a brilliant career in front of him. He went above and beyond for us and was in constant communication with us, throughout the entire campaign. He clearly knows the local market well and works tirelessly to keep up to the moment with it and apprise his clients as well. We feel like we have developed a lasting relationship with Shaun and we look forward to watching him soar! We highly recommend Shaun and the team of professionals at Stone, Sans Souci.
Shaun has been nothing short of the best. He was responsive with answering all inquiries in a timely manner and his care factor is second to none. Thank you for all your effort and honesty from day one.
Without a doubt I have no hesitation in recommending Shaun to represent you in the sale of your property. His work ethics are excellent and he only wants the best for his clients. He goes above and beyond to make sure he has as many buyers walking through the door as possible to maximise and achieve the best result. Top agent and great to deal with. Ray and the team at Stone Sans Souci we’re amazing thank you.
