Shaun has incredible market knowledge and confidence around selling and buying in this area. Shaun kept us up to date with everything and was approachable and understanding. Shaun is the best agent you could ask for if you are selling your house, we could not ask for more from an agent. This is the 2nd time Shaun has sold one of our properties and both times he has helped us through all of the trauma and stress so well.... Thank you Shaun!

Shaun has a fantastic understanding and knowledge of the market and an extensive list of clients both in buyers and sellers. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Shaun to any person requiring these attributes.

Shaun is by far the best real estate agent I’ve ever used. Great communication and helps you get the best possible results. He was incredibly responsive, efficient, and thorough. His quick replies and convenience is highly appreciated. Will 100% use again. I would highly recommend him.

Shaun's approach from the outset was nothing but professional. His experience meant that his advice on every aspect of the sale was spot on, which resulted in a pre-auction sale for an amount that we just couldn't refuse. I would certainly recommend Shaun to anyone that is thinking of marketing their property. An agent of this calibre is rare.

As a buyer, you want a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, helpful, transparent and has a clear understanding of the market. Shaun is all of that and more, he worked tirelessly in helping us find the right property and made the buying process very easy. We could not be happier in recommending Shaun for his knowledge, his earnest temperament and his professionalism to achieving a fantastic outcome for all. We will welcome him when we are ready to sell and will not hesitate in recommending Shaun to anyone looking to buy or sell in the St George market.

Shaun and his team are highly professional, knowledgeable and have great marketing skills. A real pleasure to deal with and was very swift in making a great sale! Responsive, always available and helpful. Thank you!

I found Shaun to be a warm and inviting person right from the start. He had an air of genuineness to him and did exactly what he said. He got me the place!

Shaun was very eager to assist with all our enquiries and answered them in timely manner. He was honest through the whole process which is rare in todays world of real estate. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking to buy/sell their property.

Shaun has been extremely helpful with the sale of our property in Sans Souci always keeping us informed every step of the process from marketing to auction. We also appreciate the attention to detail on the open inspections and time spent always considering our needs. Shaun is definitely one of a kind, he went out of his way to help over and above what was required, with a kind and considerate nature respecting everyone involved including buyers and seller. We highly recommend Shaun Ramani

What more can I say about Shaun!! Such an honest down to earth guy!! Helped in every way possible, went out of his way with openings and phone calls, even after we purchased he is still calling to see how we are! Very rare these days! Thank you Shaun you are amazing!

Shaun stayed in touch with us for over a year prior to our decision to sell. He managed to do that without being annoying So we had no hesitation in choosing him as our agent. Shaun has excellent knowledge of the market and quickly learnt everything necessary about our complex and the owners. He could answer buyers questions to put them at ease and provide helpful advice. He kept us informed at all times and was never intrusive. He was very honest with us regarding price expectations and maintained buyer interest throughout the campaign.

Had Shaun look after our purchase of our new property and to be honest have had no one come close to his prompt service , communication skills and knowledge was far more superior than other competitors. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate
