Shaun was very helpful with every question I asked. He made the whole buying a property experience a lot easier as he was always available to answer questions and also available after business hours to open up the property for us. From the start he has always came off as a polite and friendly person where nothing was to hard. Couldn't of asked for a better Relestate agent to help us through the process of buying a property.
We sold our investment property through Shaun and the team at Stone Sans Souci. Shaun’s communication skills were second to none and he was able to guide us in the right direction during the sale. On the auction night, Shaun and his team negotiated to get every dollar out there. We would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking to sell their home.
My brother and I worked with Shaun Ramani in the sale of our Villa in Sans Souci. Right away Shaun took time to sit down with my brother and I to determine what a good marketing campaign would look like. Shaun was very flexible with our work and family commitments, willing to meet us in the evenings to update us on the progress of our four week campaign. Shaun was meticulous in explaining all the different aspects relating to the preparation for auction. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in achieving a great result at auction. I highly recommend Shaun to any vendor / purchaser looking for a very professional and motivated person to get the required outcome.
Great experience first time selling a property and we were kept informed of everything at all times Shaun was open with us about progress
Very dedicated on getting the job done, would work late into the night to try and research market aspects and prospective buyers, or rival properties; in the end his persistence to satisfy me in the sale of the property prevailed and the job was done. I would use him again when needing to sell or purchase.
Shaun is incredibly passionate about his job which was one of the main reasons my wife and I decided to work with him. His friendly yet professional approach for people selling for the first time made it a smooth and comfortable process. There was never a doubt in our minds that he would not only sell but get us the best price for our property. Would recommend Shaun and the team at Stone Realestate to anyone. Great job Shaun!
I found Shaun to be extremely personable, knowledgeable and great to deal with. He was really open with communication and made me feel like I was in a safe pair of hands. A must for a first home buyer.
Shaun was able to make our first home buying experience one to remember. He made it fun, enjoyable and as stress free as possible, he helped us search for properties for about 3 months. As fussy as we where he never gave up on us until he found the perfect property that we always wanted. He always made an effort to keep in contact with us and gave us a fantastic service throughout the entire process. He was very professional and patient. I would happily recommend anyone who is looking to buy or sell with Shaun. I look forward to dealing with him and the team at Stone in the future.
Shaun was upfront, honest and the easiest agent that we dealt with over the last 6 months. We'll definitely be looking to use his services in the future.
Being first time sellers, Shaun made us feel comfortable throughout the transaction by showing a great commitment to sell the property and by keeping us up to date with the feelings of potential buyers. This lead to both a quick sale with an excellent result. Shaun professionalism showed by always making himself available, and answered any questions sent by email or message very quickly, even on his days off. The marketing campaign conducted through Stone Real Estate Sans Souci was also beyond expectation. So a big thank you to Shaun and his team. Highly Recommended.
