A very positive experience all round with all involved with the sale of my property, I cannot praise Shaun highly enough for his most professional attitude and knowledge,I belive that I was in good hands during a stressful time , a job very well done by Shaun, thank you again.
From the very begining Shaun an the team at Stone Realestate put my mind at ease, the campaign they ran up to the auction was very professional. I got above my reserve an highly recommend them.
Brian and I found Shaun Romani, his principal Ray Fadel and the team at Raine & Horne Sans Souci to be very professional, supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. Brian and I would especially like to thank Shaun for his professional approach, diligence and thoroughness throughout the entire sale process, as the current housing market conditions and buyer expectations are such that integrity, perseverance and commitment to clients - whether they be vendors or purchasers - is of vital importance to all concerned. We are very appreciative of the time and personal effort you provided and wish you continued success Shaun. Brian and Debbie Canavan
Shaun was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of our property, his communication in particular is of a high standard.
From the very first minute Shaun exuded professionalism and knowledge. HIs experience was obvious and this I guess came from working with Ray Fadel and the best agency in the area. Throughout the campaign Shaun was so genuinely caring about who we were and our needs. He kept us constantly informed. He is truly passionate about what he does and the people he represents. Our only complaint about Shaun is that he doesn't take enough time out for himself, constantly putting his client's needs first. We can't thank Shaun and his team enough. It felt like a friend was selling our home, not an agent we had met for the first time.
We had an opportunity to deal with Shaun and the team at Rain and Horne Sans Souci on two occasions now, being a seller and also being a buyer. These guys are nothing short of professionals! Well done Shaun and the team and thank you all for looking after us on a day! Highly recommend!!!
Shaun Ramani and his team at Raine and Horne Sans Souci are very professional and completely devoted to achieve the best sale result for their clients. We are very pleased with our result, Shaun achieved a sale value that was within our expectations but above market value in a very difficult market. Thank you Shaun, you personally went above and beyond in providing excellent service and we have no hesitation in recommending Shaun Ramani of Raine and Horne Sans Souci.
Very patient, great sales agent would recommend to friends for sure. Very satisfy with purchase.
From when I met Shaun what stood out was his genuine passion for helping people. This flows into his credibility as an agent, throughout the campaign was very transparent and honest. The result was phenomenal. Great work!
Thanks once again for another successful result for our auction. The presentation, from the photos to all digital marketing, and your tireless efforts ensured the successful sale at Auction once again. Thank you Ray & Shaun on once again delivering a fantastic sale result.
My family home sold last week at Auction. Shaun was able to fetch me $280,000 over my expectation and I am still in shock. I wish to thank Shaun on behalf of my family and myself. Shaun was very professional and easy to deal with. He also helped with my move and helping me find my next home in Bomaderry. Thank you once again Shaun, all the best. Cheers, Denis
