Sean and his team were amazing. From the time we engaged his services every stage of the process was completed with professionalism and the highest priority. Follow up was another big plus, Sean was always communicating with us and the solicitor to ensure everything was ready to go, if it wasn't, a phone call or sms to remind us followed. It almost felt effortless on his behalf, even down to the photography, plans and copywrite. Our property was sold in less than 72 hours from the first open house. We had traveled overseas within this short period of time not expecting such a quick or amazing result, contracts were emailed to all parties involved in both Australia and O/S at 2:30pm and we had exchanged by 4:30pm. This included very slow internet and a boat ride, the point being that Sean and his team were highly organised and efficient. If you don't sell your home through Sean and his team in the inner west you are crazy.
