Embarking on a home purchase at the back end of the biggest surge in house property values since the 1980's was going to be no mean feat but our demand for more space in the form of a house became a priority without leaving postcodes 2042/43. I first met Shaun at the end of Nov 21 at an Erskineville house open. I wasn't seriously looking for a house it was just a thought, I was being a stickybeak. I left that open home without a doubt in my mind that I wanted something similar. Shaun and I during that open house had a quick discussion on what I was looking for and what my budget was. I went home and contacted a mortgage broker to organise the funds to buy a new home. As xmas rolled on and so did Omicron, we didn't look at a house again until Jan 21 2022 and successfully purchased a home through Shaun 5 weeks later. So why did it only take 5 weeks to buy our perfect home in Newtown? The expertise and area knowledge of Shaun contributed mostly however, it was the personal experience that Shaun provided that made the search quick and matching.
