The day of the auction was such an exciting day. There were 18 registered bidders and the auctioneer was on line and about to start. The first bid for my three bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse in a strata complex of 16 was $1,400,000. The bidding was fast soon reaching the final price of $1,850,000. Shaun Stoker and Joshua Orly had shown a very large number of interested people through one by one and they had done an excellent job as witnessed by the number of registered bidders and the outstanding price reached. Early on Shaun had helped by suggesting several tradies who’d quoted to do the jobs to get the properly ready to view. All in all it was a pleasant experience right through with a fantastic result.
