We were referred to Shawn and Kym by a family member who had recently sold with them. We were selling our First Home and therefore didn’t know what to expect from the selling process. Shawn and Kym impressed us with their knowledge of the local area and their strategy on how to market the property. Although we had intended on meeting with other Agents, we trusted Shawn and Kym knew what they were doing and signed an exclusive contract straight away. What a great decision! We have no doubt that Shawn and Kym got us the quickest sale with the best possible terms and conditions. Shawn and Kym never stop working right through to after settlement. Unfortunately our first buyer pulled out following the building and pest inspection, but Shawn and Kym had another (better) contract the next day! We have no reservations in recommending Shawn and Kym to anyone - you won’t be disappointed!

Buying your first house is always stressful, even more so when your from overseas and learning how it all works. From Day One Shawn & Kim have been amazing. We have been kept in the loop all the way through. Every question we asked was answered accurately and quickly. Having spoke to a few agents in the market during our search it is rare to find two people who genuinely care about the buyers and sellers like these guys. You feel valued throughout. We recently move in and would not have been able to turn our dream property around as quickly as we have without these amazing agents. Dont look at anyone else, speak to these guys and after one conversation you will know you want them involved Pity it only stops at 5 stars otherwise they would get 10!!!!
