With so many estate agents out there, it’s hard to pick the right one. Whilst we were buyers and therefore didn’t choose Shawn and Kym, we were very glad to be dealing with them. They were not at all pushy, yet they were knowledgeable and gave us some very good advice, particularly on signing a back-up contract. This allowed us to buy our dream Queenslander when the first contracted buyers withdrew and our back-up contract then kicked in, without the house going back on to the open market. The good communications continued, even after we moved in. We never felt we were troubling Shawn or Kym with our silly questions; they always came back to us quickly with good answers. If we were to sell our house in the future, we would definitely want Shawn and Kym to list our property.
