Buying my first home was a big milestone, and because of my personal circumstances there were some unusually tight timeframes that meant everything had to happen very quickly. Shaye took it all in her stride and was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond, proactive and kept everything moving. She explained each step clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I understood what was happening from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that she genuinely cared. She could see when I was feeling stressed and took the time to check in, reassure me and let me know she was there if I needed anything. That level of support made a real difference. Despite the pressure of the timeframes, Shaye stayed calm, approachable and even managed to keep a sense of humour, which certainly helped. Her communication throughout was excellent, and I always felt supported and well informed. I’m incredibly grateful for everything Shaye did to help make my purchase happen.
