Shaye Davies

In what was a stressful time, Shaye was amazing. Not having a presence in the ACT, I had to rely on Shaye's expertise to drive all aspects of the sale, without me hovering over her shoulder. Probably for the best. All aspects of the sell that mattered - marketing, price, open for inspection (sent to me via What'sApp) - all openly discussed before action. Shaye went above and beyond, worked the long hours and helped me beyond description. A incredible, warm, sincere person to deal with.

Buying my first home was a big milestone, and because of my personal circumstances there were some unusually tight timeframes that meant everything had to happen very quickly. Shaye took it all in her stride and was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond, proactive and kept everything moving. She explained each step clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I understood what was happening from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that she genuinely cared. She could see when I was feeling stressed and took the time to check in, reassure me and let me know she was there if I needed anything. That level of support made a real difference. Despite the pressure of the timeframes, Shaye stayed calm, approachable and even managed to keep a sense of humour, which certainly helped. Her communication throughout was excellent, and I always felt supported and well informed. I’m incredibly grateful for everything Shaye did to help make my purchase happen. She is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely invested in her clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Shaye was friendly, had an understanding of the current market and had really clear communication with me around potential buyers. It made the selling process really straightforward and simple.

As a buyer, we had a really good experience with Stone Property. I would like to commend Riya, Alex, and Maxwell - all of them were fantastic. They answered all our queries promptly. I truly appreciate their support and advice.

Shaye and team were so incredible to deal with. We were very impressed from start to finish. We were kept up to date the entire time, which we werent expecting but soooo very appreciated as we are interstate. It made us feel really supported and valued. I would and am going to be recommending Shaye and team to everyone I know. You won't be disappointed.

Shaye and the Stone team provided exceptional service preparing my property for sale. Her proactive professionalism stood out and she had great market knowledge and attention to detail. Shaye's communication was consistent and clear, and I felt informed and supported throughout the process. It was clear she genuinely cared about delivering the best outcome, not just completing the transaction. I highly recommend Shaye and the Stone team.
