Selling with McGrath's was seamless. Shane was always readily available and is a great communicator. He enabled a very easy sale and to to the minute advice. Renting my unit through McGrath real estate was a little problematic however and this has caused some ongoing issues that still need to be resolved.
Shayne was always courteous and helpful with nothing being any trouble. I was able to contact him at any time of the day or night regarding the sale. There was a number of issues that Shayne rectified by going beyond the call of duty. At all times he had the interests of my late brother's property and myself as Executor as his priority.
