Selling with McGrath's was seamless. Shane was always readily available and is a great communicator. He enabled a very easy sale and to to the minute advice. Renting my unit through McGrath real estate was a little problematic however and this has caused some ongoing issues that still need to be resolved.
Shayne was always courteous and helpful with nothing being any trouble. I was able to contact him at any time of the day or night regarding the sale. There was a number of issues that Shayne rectified by going beyond the call of duty. At all times he had the interests of my late brother's property and myself as Executor as his priority. I believe that from the time you met Shayne he gave the feeling that you had known him for a long time and that you were more of a friend than a client. All in all his demeanour was beyond reproach and I was extremely happy with the outcome of the sale.

Too many times in the past have real estate agents become silent with vendors once the sale is made, a sense of taking the money and running with as little effort as possible. Given we are some distance away, this is an example of the small things that confirm we made the right choice of agent for the sale of our property.

This was our second experience with Rebecca (and Shayne Long). We had previously purchased a house through Rebecca and approached them to sell this property as well.
