Hi. Sheenu knew her marketing from the very beginning. Her knowledge of our area was outstanding and she didn't hesitate to price our house. We received at least $50 000 more than we believed we could get. Sheenu has a great relationship with many investors and they definitely came through. Every single appointment Sheenu was there even though she didn't have to be. If she thought it needed to be tidier for the open (we only ended up doing one!!!) she would grab a broom and start sweeping. Even when we moved I didn't have enough time of energy to get back to do some little cleaning jobs like the windows sills Sheenu grabbed her cleaning supplies and did it herself. All I can add is that she was so pleasant to deal with, incredibly professional, keep in constant communication and her commission was the lowest we found. I couldn't recommend her more and would not hesitate to use her services again and thoroughly recommend her especially in the Kwinana area and surrounds.

I chose Urban Habitat based on their reviews and the number of sales they had clocked up in Wellard. Sheenu was allocated to deal with my enquiry. From the outset, it was a very pleasant and easy experience. Sheenu came across as very sincere, knowledgeable and provided me the confidence that I could rely on her. I did not look further and decided to use her services for the sale of the property. She took me through the whole process and the options for the sale including direct approach to a list of interested buyers, advertising, etc. It was easy for me to make decisions based on the options provided and the implementation was left to her. I was told that the Perth property market had picked up and that Sheenu would aim for the maximum price. The results of the first inspection made me feel a bit nervous as there were only a handful of viewings and the offer price was not in the high range that we were expecting. I thought there would be a need to do more advertising and that we would be in for a longer haul. But subsequently things moved rapidly and there were two interested buyers. I left the negotiations with Sheenu and she kept us informed regularly and provided updates as they happened. The final price she negotiated was right at the upper end of the expectations with the Buyer willing to pay cash for outright sale. We decided to take this offer based on Sheenu's recommendation. Subsequently the settlement also happened very smoothly. It was a pleasure dealing with Sheenu and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any Seller of property.
