I chose Urban Habitat based on their reviews and the number of sales they had clocked up in Wellard. Sheenu was allocated to deal with my enquiry. From the outset, it was a very pleasant and easy experience. Sheenu came across as very sincere, knowledgeable and provided me the confidence that I could rely on her. I did not look further and decided to use her services for the sale of the property. She took me through the whole process and the options for the sale including direct approach to a list of interested buyers, advertising, etc. It was easy for me to make decisions based on the options provided and the implementation was left to her. I was told that the Perth property market had picked up and that Sheenu would aim for the maximum price. The results of the first inspection made me feel a bit nervous as there were only a handful of viewings and the offer price was not in the high range that we were expecting. I thought there would be a need to do more advertising and that we would be in for a longer haul. But subsequently things moved rapidly and there were two interested buyers. I left the negotiations with Sheenu and she kept us informed regularly and provided updates as they happened. The final price she negotiated was right at the upper end of the expectations with the Buyer willing to pay cash for outright sale. We decided to take this offer based on Sheenu's recommendation. Subsequently the settlement also happened very smoothly. It was a pleasure dealing with Sheenu and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any Seller of property.
