My experience using Shelley Johnson was fantastic. Although my property did not sell at auction as Shelley warned me about before hand due to the change in the market place, Shelley continued to believe she would better my reserve price of $600k. The best offer I had at auction was $580k. Within 3 weeks after the auction Shelley was on the phone to me with an offer of 615k which I was delighted to accept. Shelley was most helpful from start to finish of the process and her attention to detail and advice on what I should do to the house to achieve the best outcome was great. I would have no hesitation in using Shelley's services again. I can't thank her enough and the outcome far exceeded my expectations.

Shelley was a pleasure to deal with when we purchased our property. She was very professional and answered any questions we had and guided us through the purchase process. Throughout the purchase process, while we were deciding if we wanted the property, we at no stage felt pressured - that allowed us to fully view the property and Shelley answered any questions we had. When it came to negotiating on the final sale price - Shelley had a vested interest to get the best price for the vendor - but all negotiations were handled in a very professional manner.
