My experience using Shelley Johnson was fantastic. Although my property did not sell at auction as Shelley warned me about before hand due to the change in the market place, Shelley continued to believe she would better my reserve price of $600k. The best offer I had at auction was $580k. Within 3 weeks after the auction Shelley was on the phone to me with an offer of 615k which I was delighted to accept. Shelley was most helpful from start to finish of the process and her attention to detail and advice on what I should do to the house to achieve the best outcome was great.
